GBMy account was suspended without… My account was suspended without explanation or notice. Same thing happened to my daughter. Listings were completely legit and professional in every way. Crickets when sent help/support email so that is a worthless waste of time. Filed a complaint with BBB. Cannot reach a person using their phone number. Prompt hangs up without giving any option to speak to anyone, simply refers you back to the inept and nonfunctioning help/support email address. BEWARE if you're a customer. They CLEARLY could not care less about customer service.

GBLove the Customer Service My situation was complicated - and still is, but TT customer service is extremely helpful and responsive. I would highly encourage any landlord to subscribe to the premium service. It's a must-have for tricky situations. I have always had excellent response times. I also love that they track our conversations. A great document just in case I ever needed it.

GBTurbo tenant is a great platform! Turbo tenant is a great platform to keep everything organized. The listing process is straightforward. Tenants can apply directly and the reports come back very efficiently. They’ve priced the application fee at the right amount which we all appreciate. They also advertised my listings on multiple websites and updated everything as I made changes to my listings. Thank you turbo tenant!

GBAll in one hub All in one hub! I love the features it offers all in one, organized place. I can advertise the apartments across multiple sites, communicate with potential tenants, prescreen tenants, screen and accept applications all in one place. I also love the previous landlord reference feature. I haven't used the lease feature and managing rent payment feature yet but based on my experience with all of the above, I may go ahead and use it to manage everything for my rentals.

GBHelpful Support TurboTenant support staff is so helpful! I have never had an issue that they couldn't solve. And I made a suggestion about being able to share work orders with maintenance workers via email, and they added that as a feature! I feel like they really listen to their users and are constantly trying to improve their product.
