KUDOS TO TURBO TENANT! This is an excellent site for landlords. I have 2 rooms in a house that has tenants so it's a shared household environment. Turbo Tenant does all the listings on various rental sites so you don't have too. the tools they have available are excellent as well

All in one hub All in one hub! I love the features it offers all in one, organized place. I can advertise the apartments across multiple sites, communicate with potential tenants, prescreen tenants, screen and accept applications all in one place. I also love the previous landlord reference feature. I haven't used the lease feature and managing rent payment feature yet but based on my experience with all of the above, I may go ahead and use it to manage everything for my rentals.

Love the Customer Service My situation was complicated - and still is, but TT customer service is extremely helpful and responsive. I would highly encourage any landlord to subscribe to the premium service. It's a must-have for tricky situations. I have always had excellent response times. I also love that they track our conversations. A great document just in case I ever needed it.

Really enjoy TurboTenant Really enjoy TurboTenant. Intuitive and efficient. We only have a couple rentals and it makes managing them so much easier. TurboTenant Worked For Us We have a 5 bedroom rental in Henderson NV and TurboTenant connected us to many different potentials. We found an amazing family to rent our home and they pay rent through the TT portal every month. TT also sends check ins to our tenant and I can manage repairs on the portal. I am thoroughly impressed with the program and surprised by the negative reviews.
