GBI absolutely love my sauna I absolutely love my sauna, but i am not going to lie, it was a pain in the *** to get it up and running. yes the customer service was awesome but shouldn’t have been that difficult to hook it up, they need to work on better directions for start up. Once its up and running properly you will love it!!

GBBest Contact Person for Infrared Saunas I was searching for infrared saunas for the first time and had a lot to learn. I needed 3 units for a new Spa buildout. A trusted friend in the industry said she had the best experience with Kellie Lee. I reached out to Kellie and she was exactly everything I needed! She was informative, kind and really put me at ease. I knew this was a partner I wanted to work with and did not continue to search further with any other sauna company. Kellie made me feel confident that I had found everything I needed with Sunlighten. This eased my burden greatly and I was so grateful as there are so many moving parts when organizing an opening. I knew that as long as I had Kellie as my contact person I could rest in the confidence of at least the sauna piece of things being handled.

GBProduct seems ok; no manual included; customer service unhelpful; sales team harasses you Product - Solo System - received timely, no issues. Outer box was damaged but inside box was fine. Sales Team - harassment level number of calls/texts/voicemails. They just do not stop even after telling them to stop contacting. Customer Service - not helpful. Manuals were not included with the shipped product based on claims that they do everything "digitally." Sounds more like being cheap on printing proper manuals to include with products. That in itself is bizarre given prices of the products. Was told to call a number to get a copy, or "use my phone" when I mentioned I will not be reading a manual on a laptop. I don't think including a manual with the product is an unreasonable request. By the way - every other company with any sort of a product does (even on 20 dollar Amazon items).

GBThe service is to notch The service is to notch! Putting it together was not too difficult. I did a 2 person impulse on my own except for the roof which I needed help with from a couple of big men. And the sauna experience itself has been very wonderful. It’s beautiful and comfortable. The lighting is nice and the tablet allows me to listen to music, listen to audiobooks, or read an online book. I highly recommend it!
