GBAbsolutely love my Sunlighten Signature… Absolutely love my Sunlighten Signature 2! Not only is the quality amazing but they are not kidding when they say you will feel the difference between theirs and another infrared. I’ve been using a sauna at a gym for over a year and could tell the difference instantly. Sales were super knowledgeable and great to work with. One minor hiccup with shipping which honestly was on the shipping company but Sunlighten made it right immediately. Would recommend this company to anyone in the market for a sauna.

GBBest Purchase for Self Care I had been paying a monthly membership fee at a business near my house to use their Amplify Infrared sauna for almost 2 years. I finally purchased the smaller Signature sauna for my home. It was assembled yesterday and I used it for the first time last night and it was fantastic! So much more relaxing to experience in your own home. My sales person, Jeremy was great during the sales process. He patiently answered all of my questions and is very friendly and professional. I’m very happy with my purchase and it probably would never have happened if I hadn’t met Jeremy.

GBI really enjoyed working with Rose I really enjoyed working with Rose. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding red light/infrared technology as well as a thorough understanding of the Sunlighten saunas. With that said, she did not push us to make a sale. Instead she was conscientious and allowed us to take our time while peppering her with questions.

GBThe options for heat programs are very… The options for heat programs are very specific. It does get up to temperature like it should. The door is hard to close quietly and we ended up swapping out one of the colored lights to put a regular light in for reading. With those things changed it would have received an A+ but in this situation, just an A. I would definitely buy from the same company again.

DEMeh…. OK. It does get hot. After 45 minutes. That’s the best I can say about it. The App and user experience is atrocious. I’ve never sat in it and turned it on without having to reset or update something. Error codes pop up 1/3 of the time where I have to unplug it. The other times it does nothing when I hit go. Trying to use the app in my phone is a waste of time unless I’m sitting in it and connected via Bluetooth. The lights in it worked properly once or twice. I gave up on those. Thinking you can connect to this away from the house to preheat it? HA! Waste of time trying. I can connect to my barbecue anywhere. I’m not new to this type of stuff. I’m absolutely shocked how poor the interface is with this. My in laws got one at the same time and they have the same issues. Once I do get it going though I do get a sweat with IR hitting my back and sides. My legs stay a nice cool temp though as the infrared doesn’t hit anything below the waste. Kind of irritating. Oh yeah, putting it together isn’t as easy as you’d think. It doesn’t just go together like it should. Maybe the software will improve but I think they used the cheapest stuff they could find.
