Full disclosure: We spoke with two different sauna company’s reps and at the end of the day the sunlighten sauna wasn’t the cheapest, but upon researching it was the highest quality sauna, and our rep, Joshua, had incredible service that made the purchase even more worth it. Joshua provided prompt, detailed, and straight forward answers to all our questions, including comparing models for us- on a SUNDAY MORNING! We ended up going with a 3 person MPulse Conquer and he even helped to get accessories ordered, making ordering a breeze! He covered payment options & from start to finish the process didn’t even take an hour. We are so excited to be receiving our new sauna in a few weeks and we can’t recommend working with Joshua enough!

GBAbsolutely love my Sunlighten Signature… Absolutely love my Sunlighten Signature 2! Not only is the quality amazing but they are not kidding when they say you will feel the difference between theirs and another infrared. I’ve been using a sauna at a gym for over a year and could tell the difference instantly. Sales were super knowledgeable and great to work with. One minor hiccup with shipping which honestly was on the shipping company but Sunlighten made it right immediately. Would recommend this company to anyone in the market for a sauna.

GBProduct seems ok; no manual included; customer service unhelpful; sales team harasses you Product - Solo System - received timely, no issues. Outer box was damaged but inside box was fine. Sales Team - harassment level number of calls/texts/voicemails. They just do not stop even after telling them to stop contacting. Customer Service - not helpful. Manuals were not included with the shipped product based on claims that they do everything "digitally." Sounds more like being cheap on printing proper manuals to include with products. That in itself is bizarre given prices of the products. Was told to call a number to get a copy, or "use my phone" when I mentioned I will not be reading a manual on a laptop. I don't think including a manual with the product is an unreasonable request. By the way - every other company with any sort of a product does (even on 20 dollar Amazon items).

GBBest Purchase for Self Care I had been paying a monthly membership fee at a business near my house to use their Amplify Infrared sauna for almost 2 years. I finally purchased the smaller Signature sauna for my home. It was assembled yesterday and I used it for the first time last night and it was fantastic! So much more relaxing to experience in your own home. My sales person, Jeremy was great during the sales process. He patiently answered all of my questions and is very friendly and professional. I’m very happy with my purchase and it probably would never have happened if I hadn’t met Jeremy.
