GBI was very hesitant to start this… I was very hesitant to start this journey as my son is 13 and autistic. The ladies at the Avon store reassured me and were very patient with my child, never making him feel embarrassed. He was smiling by the time we left. The only complaint would be the online marketing not being consistent with the in office visit.

GBFantastic experience Divine is so nice and informative! My son was excited but a bit nervous at first. By the end of the visit he was basically jumping up and down with pure joy and happiness! He didn't stop talking about it all the way home! Great experience! Thank you Divine

GBHighly Recommend!!! The gentleman that did our scan and our intial visit was Awesome! Very patient just all around nice guy!!! This was my 2nd time going as my older son got the aligners a year ago and now my daughter is getting them as well. I highly recommend the whole process!!!

GBAmazing Amazing! Although I called earlier to see if I can come in early. Who ever answered the phone was rude. Once I arrived the young African-American women was amazing she made me feel very comfortable and she explained everything to me but the receptionist needs training

GBI checked out Smiledirectclub.com and… I checked out Smiledirectclub.com and it was kind of fine, nothing that stood out really. The reviews seemed good, but I wouldn't say it was anything extraordinary. It seemed like your typical, run-of-the-mill dental service, nothing particularly special. The website looked okay, the information was there, but it didn't blow my mind or anything. It was just an ordinary experience, nothing too special. The range of products was alright, but not amazing. Overall, it was just a typical, just-okay kind of thing.
