GBOk but slow to mail check The sale of my iPad was fine, but just be aware MaxBack is actually Clover Wireless and they were very slow to mail the check. The sale was finalized on Oct 1 and I did not receive the check until Oct 16. I called and they said they mailed them the check Oct 5, but the envelop that arrived had an Oct 12 postmark date indicating it wasn’t actually mailed until much latter. Also very odd, the check arrived in a hand addressed envelop (handwriting) with an actual postage stamp. Most other companies send checks in a window envelop and postal meter.

GBTroublesome Maxback moved offices without proper forwarding instructions to USPS, and my item was returned to me. This delayed an already very slow process. We disagreed on the condition of my item, which I never claimed to be pristine, and they lowballed the original offer by 75%. I will never use Maxback again, and will instead use Gazelle, where I've never had trouble.

GBPositive experience in every aspect… Positive experience in every aspect except for the slow mail by USPS. I would definitely use Maxback again to sell my Apple products.

GBFor years I've been selling my Apple… For years I've been selling my Apple products to MaxBack and they're very fast and efficient. Recently I sent my iPhone back with their provided label, and it somehow got lost in the shuffle. The support staff was very efficient in helping me, and also having to extend the 30 days return, because it took the USPS over two weeks to deliver the package. After that it was very quick for them to examine my phone and delver the money to my account. Thank you.

GBCompletely satisfied This was my second or third time using MAXBACK and as always they offer the most money for your device and receiving your check is fairly quick, around 14 days from notice of the check being issued. I will definitely use MAXBACK in the future.
