GBEverything went exactly as expected Everything went exactly as expected. MaxBack approved their purchase--at the agreed-upon price--just a day or two after they received the device; I got the check in the mail exactly two weeks later (so not fast, but well under the 14 business days they ask you to wait). I've used them in the past with the same good experience, and I won't hesitate to do so in the future.

GBCompletely satisfied This was my second or third time using MAXBACK and as always they offer the most money for your device and receiving your check is fairly quick, around 14 days from notice of the check being issued. I will definitely use MAXBACK in the future.

GBWhat a great opportunity to recycle and… What a great opportunity to recycle and earn extra dollars. Your chat help went out of their way to help me process my sale. The whole experience was efficient and I got the full value from my sale in a very timely manner.

GBReduction and Fabrication After reading many reviews on other people's experiences having their quote lowered, all have in common as soon as they receive it there's something wrong with it. Because they have to "inspect" it. Takes weeks for them to respond and no confirmation emails are sent. Maybe create a feature to send pictures before wasting everyone's time. Moral, sell else where. YOU can choose your own quote. Update: Finally received my phone back but not to my surprise something is there that wasn't there before it was shipped. Sucks for them I know how to fix it. Thanks.

GBOk but slow to mail check The sale of my iPad was fine, but just be aware MaxBack is actually Clover Wireless and they were very slow to mail the check. The sale was finalized on Oct 1 and I did not receive the check until Oct 16. I called and they said they mailed them the check Oct 5, but the envelop that arrived had an Oct 12 postmark date indicating it wasn’t actually mailed until much latter. Also very odd, the check arrived in a hand addressed envelop (handwriting) with an actual postage stamp. Most other companies send checks in a window envelop and postal meter.
