GBI think the pad itself is too small I think the pad itself is too small. I’m not a large person and it seems too small to me. The strap is fine but I think it would be better if the strap was actually attached to the pad instead of being separate. I’ve used this everyday since I received it sometimes even twice a day and I have not noticed any difference in my back pain. Honestly nothing different than a regular heating pad does. This is just my honest opinion and experience with it. It may do a great job for others, it just did nothing for me.

GBWhen I contacted NovaaLab about a… When I contacted NovaaLab about a problem with my red light pad, I received a response within a couple of hours. After more email communications they determined that a replacement was in order. This transaction took less 24 hours. I really appreciated their customer service. I've been using my light pad almost daily since I purchased it 14 months ago. It has been a blessing to help relieve low back and hip pain. I highly recommend this belt and this company.

GBNeed humans to respond to emails I love your products. But this last time when I tried through email to upgrade my order to a bundle before the order was ready to ship I could not get a real person to respond. I ordered the pad wanted to switch to bundle with light pad and the light/laser pro add on for an additional 50.00.....no one responded. ORDER #NV166929
