Great Ordering Experience & Great Results!, Can't wait to get the Laser! The ordering process was easy and the confirmation came quickly, so all is good there. This tool is great, I am cutting back on my pain meds and my two older cats (13 and 18 yr old resue tabbies) and I are moving around better. My elder cats are doing things they haven't done in years. Helping my wife with her feet as well (diabetic neuropathy).

I think the pad itself is too small I think the pad itself is too small. I’m not a large person and it seems too small to me. The strap is fine but I think it would be better if the strap was actually attached to the pad instead of being separate. I’ve used this everyday since I received it sometimes even twice a day and I have not noticed any difference in my back pain. Honestly nothing different than a regular heating pad does. This is just my honest opinion and experience with it. It may do a great job for others, it just did nothing for me.
