GBI am positively surprised I am positively surprised! Now I can say WOW! I got today refund $124 from Novaalab for device that I returned a few days ago. In less than 24 hours after posting my negative review about my past problems with their customer service experience. Now everything moved to another, good level. Everything would be even perfect, if they also credited back my shipping charges. But things are still unexpectably good. New Customer Service rep. Bucks did a good job fast. Thank you for your speed!

CAI finally received my order I finally received my order, but had to pay an additional $34.67 to the delivery person who said that the item was stopped at customs and I was charged an additional fee. I already paid a lot for the item, waited a long time to receive it, and now had to pay even more.

GBWonderful Customer service Customer service. I ordered an item as a gift for my son and after paying remembered I should have had it shipped to him. I sent an email to customer service and was pleasantly surprised when the following morning had a reply saying they had corrected the shipping and it would be sent to my son. It saved me the time that I would have spent to package and drive to the post office to send to him. I am so grateful for their quick response.

GBunprepared The recovery pod sale was announced and I made a quick purchase to make sure that I was able to obtain 1 from a small number. After 9 days I hadn't received he pod and contacted CS and was told that you didn't have have the delivery package necessary to send the pod. If you weren't ready to send the product, why put it up sale until you are fully ready?
