Excellent customer service stood behind product I was interested in After looking at web page for product I was interested in, I had a few questions. I emailed customer support, the response was very helpful and completely answered my questions. Communication was also concerned my questions were answered. Great Ordering Experience & Great Results!, Can't wait to get the Laser! The ordering process was easy and the confirmation came quickly, so all is good there. This tool is great, I am cutting back on my pain meds and my two older cats (13 and 18 yr old resue tabbies) and I are moving around better. My elder cats are doing things they haven't done in years. Helping my wife with her feet as well (diabetic neuropathy).

Wonderful Customer service Customer service. I ordered an item as a gift for my son and after paying remembered I should have had it shipped to him. I sent an email to customer service and was pleasantly surprised when the following morning had a reply saying they had corrected the shipping and it would be sent to my son. It saved me the time that I would have spent to package and drive to the post office to send to him. I am so grateful for their quick response.
