CAI finally received my order I finally received my order, but had to pay an additional $34.67 to the delivery person who said that the item was stopped at customs and I was charged an additional fee. I already paid a lot for the item, waited a long time to receive it, and now had to pay even more.

GBNeed humans to respond to emails I love your products. But this last time when I tried through email to upgrade my order to a bundle before the order was ready to ship I could not get a real person to respond. I ordered the pad wanted to switch to bundle with light pad and the light/laser pro add on for an additional 50.00.....no one responded. ORDER #NV166929

GBExcellent customer service My light pad stopped working. I was asked to send a short video which I did and the same day a replacement was sent. Incredible customer service. I am so impressed!

GBI think the pad itself is too small I think the pad itself is too small. I’m not a large person and it seems too small to me. The strap is fine but I think it would be better if the strap was actually attached to the pad instead of being separate. I’ve used this everyday since I received it sometimes even twice a day and I have not noticed any difference in my back pain. Honestly nothing different than a regular heating pad does. This is just my honest opinion and experience with it. It may do a great job for others, it just did nothing for me.

GBBest overall Red Light Therapy for home I love these red light therapy pads. Have purchased for myself and my sisters. They worked so well that I would give them mine because of their pain (knee, back) so ordered a couple more for myself.
