GBWonderful Customer service Customer service. I ordered an item as a gift for my son and after paying remembered I should have had it shipped to him. I sent an email to customer service and was pleasantly surprised when the following morning had a reply saying they had corrected the shipping and it would be sent to my son. It saved me the time that I would have spent to package and drive to the post office to send to him. I am so grateful for their quick response.

GBI am positively surprised I am positively surprised! Now I can say WOW! I got today refund $124 from Novaalab for device that I returned a few days ago. In less than 24 hours after posting my negative review about my past problems with their customer service experience. Now everything moved to another, good level. Everything would be even perfect, if they also credited back my shipping charges. But things are still unexpectably good. New Customer Service rep. Bucks did a good job fast. GBNovalabs has the best customer service⦠Novalabs has the best customer service I have experienced with any on line company. They respond to emails and inquiries very quickly, they stand behind their products absolutely and are professional, helpful, friendly . This is the kind of customer service that all companies should strive for. I totally trust this company. I had a LED mat stop working properly. I contact acted them and they immediately responded with a request for a short video to illustrate the malfunction. They then quickly made arrangements to replace the malfunctioning mat. What more could we ask for. Bucks was awesome CSA. Thank you Thank you Novalab.

GBunprepared The recovery pod sale was announced and I made a quick purchase to make sure that I was able to obtain 1 from a small number. After 9 days I hadn't received he pod and contacted CS and was told that you didn't have have the delivery package necessary to send the pod. If you weren't ready to send the product, why put it up sale until you are fully ready?
