Inadequate and useless service I have purchased a ESIM with a plan on 21st April 2024, did all the proceedings to transfer my previous number from Mint mobile to Lycamobile. Then while I was scanning the QR code with one of your associates from helpline, she gave me wrong guidelines that hampered the settings of my mobile. After scanning the QR code, cellular network was working but my mobile data was not working. After 30 minutes of trying me and your associate failed and so she told me to delete the sim and she put up a request for a new QR code with the same number. Since then I have been waiting for a QR code and regularly calling your helpline for response but I cannot find any solution. I am out of any mobile network since last 3 days.
