Mr. Abdellatef helped me resolve all the issues by explaining me the details and walked me through steps to resolve one issue, escalated another issue to the team after speaking to his manager. He has patience and delijence. I was upset with lyca issues but tech support person made me comfortable and resolved the issues. Thank you Abdellatef

GBLycamobile charged me without my consent and very rude behavior of customer service representative RITHWAN On 4/26/2024 midnight Lycamobile charged me $31.50 without my consent. When I called, customer service representative named RITHWAN said that they auto-renewed my plan and charged the previous plan amount. But I haven't enabled the auto-renewal at all and told the same to him. As it was charged without my consent I was asking for the refund but he said "You don't have any rights to ask for refund as you already consumed 275.968 KB". Is this how a customer service representative will talk to a customer? Better hire the people who has some manners. He was talking like a CEO of the company. Customer service staff should maintain some professionalism while talking to customers. If I don't have rights for refund, WHAT RIGHTS LYCAMOBILE HAS TO CHARGE ME WITHOUT MY CONSENT?
