INDrift is a 5/5 chat solution. Hey, So, my company started using Drift for our chat support requirements a few months ago. I have found this amazing so far. The pipelines make it really easy for me to track the chats for our different products. The filter system to find out my chats and other previous chats works nicely. I like the "Add Internal Note" option and how easily we can just attach files to send them over. Hence, 5 out of 5. Only one thing that you guys should also involve is the system of LIVE TRANSLATE. Let us say that one of my customer is from Netherlands. So, chats to him should get translated to DUTCH if I enable this feature. This will really make Drift a complete 5 out of 5. You can just use the location tracing feature to find out the country and start the LIVE TRANSLATE feature. It can help me to gather reviews from my customers.

LKThey're plugin is great but I noticed a… They're plugin is great but I noticed a slow down in page loading times. My setup was Genesis framework with Gutenberg, I wanted a clean setup with no bloat, prior utilizing Drift my page loaded in under 2 seconds. This went on to 8 seconds with the plugin set up in the back end. Since then I've switched to Astra, will give it a try again with this theme and then try on Genesis again. Overall, its a great service, the options and look of it looks great on my page. Will recommend Drift to others, they're bound to have better performance than I (switching to cloud and CDN should help I suppose)

ROThe app never really works and pricing is tricky The app never really works. All their client numbers are fake. Many quit after a few months because the app just doesn't work. Integrations fail, they change API documentation without warning, they offer little to no tech support in fixing the mess they make. Also their pricing is tricky and you cannot cancel easily. They keep billing under some imaginary terms. We made legal complaints and chargebacks...

GBDrift is a great! Drift is a great conversational marketing tool. Makes it easier for your prospects and customers to connect with someone to get their questions answered right away. Love the ability to personalize your message for targeted accounts and pages they are visiting. One of the best customer support teams I've experienced as well!

GBEasy to use, loads of power and potential Easy to use, easy to build and easy to integrate with Salesforce!! There's a lot of potential to build pretty involved and almost expert system level ChatBots, even at the lower licence levels and plenty of opportunity to upgrade to AI and full NLP levels :)
