There really is not alternative to… There really is not alternative to Drift. If you want to work with playbooks to create chatbots, Drift is the only way to go. A couple of observations: - In order to really utilize their "playbook" option, you need to pay for a plan. The free one simply won't suffice (the functionality isn't even extended to free users). If you're just looking for a free chat widget, then there are better options. - There is a huge learning curve. I think the UI for the admins could use some work.

Love Drift Love Drift! Have used it with my past two companies. We always see a spike in engagement after we install it. So effective to be able to communicate directly with our users in real time. Drift's team is also incredibly helpful whenever I have a question or issue.

Excellent addition to the sales org I genuinely like Drift and the functionality it brings to my team. We are fairly new in taking on the project and are just starting to really see positive results. We get a large amount of traffic on our website and the chat feature is a must have to be competitive. We have seen millions in pipeline that we can attribute as coming from Drift. We are going to start utilizing the live view function soon to proactively chat with site visitors and help enhance their experience on our website.

Of the seemingly infinite number of tools we have, Drift is by far the easiest to learn, and has the coolest, most useful features. PLUS, our Drift representative is so attentive and helpful, which seems somewhat rare as a small business / medium business. Recommendations: • Download the mobile app - super helpful! (You'll have to search for "Drift.com Inc." because there are a lot of Drifting game apps.) • Use live chat to connect with prospects and answer questions as they check out your website. • Use Drift Video feature to let your leads know you're a real person. (You can also send gifs and screen captures!!) • Integrate your current lead outreach with Drift to see when prospects are on your website. (I follow this up with a phone call to which leads respond "I was just on your website!")
