There's a lot of potential to build pretty involved and almost expert system level ChatBots, even at the lower licence levels and plenty of opportunity to upgrade to AI and full NLP levels :)

GBit's a bit too soon to give an opinion… it's a bit too soon to give an opinion as we've only been working with Drift a short time! The service reps have been very helpful. Would like to see weekly meetings/updates with Drift reps. I do find we too many on site visitors with generic yahoo, gmail, etc emails and not business related inquiries. Not much inquires during EST hours at all.

CAGreat tool to grow Direct Booking! We use the free version and got a good number of leads in the first week itself. Now I realise the importance of Chat conversation to improve Direct Hotel Booking. I got support from 2 people, Gauri and Alison, when we needed to configure desktop app and notifications. Will use the free version till Hotel business returns back to normal, after Covid 19 lock down is over.

CAMaking the life of an AE that much easier I love Drift! I'm an AE and it makes my life so much easier. Since adding Drift to our technology stack, I now have a steady drip of leads trickling into my pipeline. The ability to A/B test messaging and automate much of the process is a great way to save time and be effective.
