Their channel Manager is very good, prevents double bookings & links all of my apartments with all channels etc.. If you have more than 2 listings, I advise using Automata, which automatically sends guest communication - this saves me sooooo much time! Tokeets customer service team are always there if you need help - very quick to reply to your queries. Michael just helped me for over 2 hours this evening. I highly recommend Tokeet We only use airbnb as a booking agent as well as direct bookings to us but we still use Tokeet as a channel manager as it makes life so much easier using this platform. I work constantly each day adjusting pricing so to me Tokeet is priceless - so easy to change pricing on their system. Also if there is an issue (normally because of airbnb not Tokeet) their back up service is 2nd to none - Their live chat is awesome and they reply quickly and sort the issue.
