GBThe program itself is fairly ergonomic… The program itself is fairly ergonomic however there is sometimes a bit much and to someone who doesn't understand the terms it can be a bit confusing. Thankfully, the customer service is very efficient and not only do they have a live chat, they can live call and show you on screen in real time how to use the program, whilst sorting any issues. Very helpful.

GBEasy to use and excellent value for money It took us a while to choose our channel manager for our small (but growing Serviced Accommodation business). We have 9 properties now and using the Tokeet software is easy and excellent value for money. The help team are always on hand (we found their live chat facility really useful). The Tokeet add-ons (like RateGenie and Automater) have meant we could add those in as we scaled our business.....keeping expenses as low as possible whilst we became more established.
