GBVery impressed over-all. I have been using Tokeet Channel Manager for over a year, including 2 of their additional services. Very impressed over-all. Their channel Manager is very good, prevents double bookings & links all of my apartments with all channels etc.. If you have more than 2 listings, I advise using Automata, which automatically sends guest communication - this saves me sooooo much time! Tokeets customer service team are always there if you need help - very quick to reply to your queries. Michael just helped me for over 2 hours this evening. GBBogus business Bogus business, they don't even answer phone calls, it's voicemail or email because their employees work remotely. Very few employees are pretending to be a large corporation. When I have spoken to someone, they are incompetent. I don't trust this company, I think all their high reviews are fake.

IDI highly recommend Tokeet We only use airbnb as a booking agent as well as direct bookings to us but we still use Tokeet as a channel manager as it makes life so much easier using this platform. I work constantly each day adjusting pricing so to me Tokeet is priceless - so easy to change pricing on their system. Also if there is an issue (normally because of airbnb not Tokeet) their back up service is 2nd to none - Their live chat is awesome and they reply quickly and sort the issue. I highly recommend Tokeet for anyone looking to use a channel manager. Cheers Shane (Bali)
