Very impressed over-all. I have been using Tokeet Channel Manager for over a year, including 2 of their additional services. Very impressed over-all. Their channel Manager is very good, prevents double bookings & links all of my apartments with all channels etc.. If you have more than 2 listings, I advise using Automata, which automatically sends guest communication - this saves me sooooo much time! Tokeets customer service team are always there if you need help - very quick to reply to your queries. Michael just helped me for over 2 hours this evening. Easy to use and excellent value for money It took us a while to choose our channel manager for our small (but growing Serviced Accommodation business). We have 9 properties now and using the Tokeet software is easy and excellent value for money. The help team are always on hand (we found their live chat facility really useful). The Tokeet add-ons (like RateGenie and Automater) have meant we could add those in as we scaled our business.....keeping expenses as low as possible whilst we became more established.
