GBSupport team are really good I have to say that the support team do a great job. I had drive issues and had to re-load Neo a few times and when I contacted the team the turnaround was very speedy and helped me a lot. Considering the awful circumstances in Ukraine I say they are doing a great job. Many thanks.

CAI have a 2-seat licence I have a 2-seat licence. One for my desktop computer (main use), one for my laptop (used occasionally when travelling). I recently discovered I couldn't load the extensions and generative tools on the laptop. I sent a request for assistance, and it was provided promptly, and the problem was solved. It did show up late in my inbox, but that was operator error. I didn't check the spam folder. oops.. ;) Thanks so much for the quick response!!

CAI just wanted to thank the Luminar Team… I just wanted to thank the Luminar Team for the fantastic service during the time I have been using the software (which, by the way, is superb). Even silly little questions were answered promptly and with patience, and I have never felt ignored. In addition, I really appreciate the preset bundle I received as a birthday present today. AUSkylum support is great I have always found Luminar Neo a great piece of software. However, the last update to 1.19.0 would not install on my system and I contacted Skylum support for help. A support person replied within an hour or so and provided links and steps to take to install the latest version. It worked and the latest software is now working perfectly. Excellent and speedy service from Skylum.
