NLA very good helpdesk! Because my PC broke down Because my PC broke down, I (85 years old) had to switch to my MacBookPro. The ladies at the LuminarNEO help desk have been extremely friendly and helpful to me, so that I can now share my edited photos with friends.

FRTechnical staff won't let you down. After working great and sometimes bugs, I can rely on the technical staff that will respond to my demands quite fast ( faster than me anyway).

CYLatest update Tried unsuccessfully to open Neo for latest update. Contacted help asking for advice. They sent back a list of instructions to try and open the programme. Being elderly couldn't understand half the technicalities and said so. Received reply telling me to uninstall and re-install. Started to follow the simplified instructions when 'update' flashed onto the screen.Clicked on to it and voila it all happened and I was able to open and use the updated software. Very prompt replies to my queries.

GBSupport team are really good I have to say that the support team do a great job. I had drive issues and had to re-load Neo a few times and when I contacted the team the turnaround was very speedy and helped me a lot. Considering the awful circumstances in Ukraine I say they are doing a great job. Many thanks.
