GBLong time customer and great customer service! I’ve been using Surfshark for a while now and love the simplicity of the app yet robust features. I do wish there was port forwarding allowed but their customer service is second to none! I had a problem with a compromised account and Klara from customer support was able to get me access back to my account. She was very helpful when I couldn’t find the answer in the help center. The price is phenomenal as well! Definitely a long term customer here

GBsite access denied on VPN Excellent service! I could not access a cloud based accounting website. I worked through the chat options which did not resolve the issue and was then connected to rep Gavin Gibbs who was fantastic. He took the time to work through several options until the issue was resolved. He told me to reach out anytime as they are there to help 24/7. It was really nice to feel the company genuinely appreciates their customers! Superb!

GBSCAM!! Purchased a subscription with 7 day free trial through Apple Store and charged me for the full amount (£44.99) straight away! Cancelled my subscription straight away and contacted customer service who ACKNOWLEDGED that an error had been made but won’t refund me because apparently Apple handles refunds. They have a bloody 30-day refund policy but they wouldn’t refund me! Had no luck with Apple either. Absolutely DISGUSTING. £44.99 down the drain. Avoid buying their service if you want don’t want to get robbed.

GBSlowed everything down - dramatically I install Surfshark, suddenly my entire system slows down - Internet, all apps etc.etc. I suspect its Surfshark so turn it off. Things improve but not dramatically. I then remove the entire app and everything returns to normal. During this process I check their help - far to confusing a process to try and check out or sort out the problem. Written for techies probably by techies. Terrible experience.
