Slowed everything down - dramatically I install Surfshark, suddenly my entire system slows down - Internet, all apps etc.etc. I suspect its Surfshark so turn it off. Things improve but not dramatically. I then remove the entire app and everything returns to normal. During this process I check their help - far to confusing a process to try and check out or sort out the problem. Written for techies probably by techies. Terrible experience.

Amazing support The product works great as a few others on the market, but the support I've received was amazing. Jacob Scott, the support engineer, made it great. He was so persistent in solving my problem, that I was surprised. After very precise questions and after a few options, we solved the problem I had with the connectivity.

site access denied on VPN Excellent service! I could not access a cloud based accounting website. I worked through the chat options which did not resolve the issue and was then connected to rep Gavin Gibbs who was fantastic. He took the time to work through several options until the issue was resolved. He told me to reach out anytime as they are there to help 24/7.
