Marcus Rodriguez helped me with a smaller issue, and answered all my more or less stupid questions!! :) He was brilliant! but.... the chat should be connected to my account since i'm logged in - i lost the chat when i accidentally refreshed the browser. Now I will evaluate all the functionality/services with my SurfShark ONE subscription!

GBSlowed everything down - dramatically I install Surfshark, suddenly my entire system slows down - Internet, all apps etc.etc. I suspect its Surfshark so turn it off. Things improve but not dramatically. I then remove the entire app and everything returns to normal. During this process I check their help - far to confusing a process to try and check out or sort out the problem. Written for techies probably by techies. Terrible experience.

GBSuper fast and super helpful I am a new customer of Surfshark and I had a few questions regarding the configuration and setup of their product. The agent was very helpful and provided quick and easy-to-follow instructions. I was able to get their service up and running on my router in no time at all! Speedtest looks great with minimal latency impact, much of which is expected from any VPN.
