AUNo intention of solving complaints or problems! There needs to be a zero star rating. It is obviously Telstra's tactic to hide their incompetence by driving their customers up the wall by asking the same things over and over and over and over again instead of actually solving the problem! If you are lucky enough to speak to someone you can actually understand, they just ask you the same things the previous 3 people asked of you, proving over and over again that there is ZERO network coverage in many metro areas (this is the second address in Queensland without coverage). And that is the tactic until you just give up. Worst customer service I have experienced EVER!

AUFRAUDULANT Cancelled my internet and was 4 day into the month so apparently I was charged a full months fee. Was told that I wouldn't owe anything on phone, but still want to me to pay for it. And because I didn't pay it, due to not realising that they were asking for payment for this particular service, they added another $15 for late payment. And now I'm receiving reminders text messages telling me a late payment fee is now applied.......grrrrr Disgusted...... that I ended up paying for a service that I never used (being a full months service) that I ended up paying just to get them off my back, $122.42......in this money grabbing world. Since when do we as Australians pay for something that we never receive. This is FRAUD !!!!! NOT HAPPY TELSTRA !!!!

AUEver since I have been a customer and… Ever since I have been a customer and used the The Telstra App in the past 4 years it has to be the worst App I have ever come across. It constantly doesn't work Esp. to try and pay them!!! For. Technology supply company its appalling!!

AUThey change the billing structure so… They change the billing structure so that all of a sudden - you pay two months bills in one week! I've been paying the same amount for many years retrospectively - so in other words I pay for what I've used after I've used it. Telstra then suddenly decide that they are going to make all customers pay in advance. So in one week - I've paid two months worth of bills. This is unconscionable in this current environment and cost of living stress.
