AUNBN fibre upgrade offer NBN upgrade fibre to the house left me with no internet. Telstra disconnected the old service before activation of the new. A 3 day saga to get back on-line. Don't be tempted by the free upgrades. Faster? Yes Worth the effort? No

AUHave to pickup over an hour away Ordered an item and when it couldn't be delivered (because I work) it was taken to a Post Office an hour away NOT my local Post Office. I was given no option but to pick it up from there or wait 3-4 weeks for the points to be returned. Ombudsperson here I come..

AUNo intention of solving complaints or problems! There needs to be a zero star rating. It is obviously Telstra's tactic to hide their incompetence by driving their customers up the wall by asking the same things over and over and over and over again instead of actually solving the problem! If you are lucky enough to speak to someone you can actually understand, they just ask you the same things the previous 3 people asked of you, proving over and over again that there is ZERO network coverage in many metro areas (this is the second address in Queensland without coverage). And that is the tactic until you just give up. Worst customer service I have experienced EVER!

AUAvoid Telstar Avoid Telstar: Fraudulent Billing, Poor Service Telstar's service is a nightmare of deceit and incompetence. Frequent disruptions, slow speeds, and unresponsive customer support plague their offerings. Cancelling is no escape—despite termination, they persistently bill. Steer clear to save yourself from their fraudulent practices and subpar service.

AUUse the Telstra App Use the Telstra App to check outages, rewards, billing, usage and password issues etc. Self help is better than queuing up to be connected to the Telstra team, who are super busy.
