AUThey change the billing structure so… They change the billing structure so that all of a sudden - you pay two months bills in one week! I've been paying the same amount for many years retrospectively - so in other words I pay for what I've used after I've used it. Telstra then suddenly decide that they are going to make all customers pay in advance. So in one week - I've paid two months worth of bills. This is unconscionable in this current environment and cost of living stress.

NLThey sell your number to scammers When visiting Australia I got a Telstra SIM card and number. I literally gave nobody my new number. However I received over 100 scam calls from numerous callers. I therefore suspect Telstra of selling active phone numbers from customers to scammers.

AUBUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE, absolute l dodgy provider avoid at all costs. I bought a fold4 17 months ago still within warranty and it has a know fault with the hinge damaging the screen. It gets assessed where they try to tell me it's out of warranty which is incorrect all samsung phones have 24 month warranty, then proceed to not listen and close the case without any outcome. They don't care and won't solve issues, they have a bunch of incompetent people employed for them on their investigation centre

AUCrap service and no internet for 5 days Have been with Telstra for over 29 years they do not care no internet for 3-5 days due to my box not working I could go 5 mins down the road to the Telstra shop to get a new one but no can’t have that. Worst customer service rude both on the phone and online they do not give 2 raspberries about us at all as long as they get they bill paid at the end of each monthly cycle
