NLThey sell your number to scammers When visiting Australia I got a Telstra SIM card and number. I literally gave nobody my new number. However I received over 100 scam calls from numerous callers. I therefore suspect Telstra of selling active phone numbers from customers to scammers.

AUTelstra has shut their entire mobile⦠Telstra has shut their entire mobile system down for a week. When questioned about it, they replied with complete indifference. They couldn't care less how much inconvenience they cause to regional customers. Complete indifference.

AUNo intention of solving complaints or problems! There needs to be a zero star rating. It is obviously Telstra's tactic to hide their incompetence by driving their customers up the wall by asking the same things over and over and over and over again instead of actually solving the problem! If you are lucky enough to speak to someone you can actually understand, they just ask you the same things the previous 3 people asked of you, proving over and over again that there is ZERO network coverage in many metro areas (this is the second address in Queensland without coverage). And that is the tactic until you just give up. Worst customer service I have experienced EVER!

AUPoor service and no staff Here in Coffs Harbour cannot even have a look why my iPad SIM card is not working on my contract. Not enough staff, new contract system are the excuses. Optus, Vodafone etc are more than willing to help with enough staff Did I make a mistake to move over to Telstra?

AUHave to pickup over an hour away Ordered an item and when it couldn't be delivered (because I work) it was taken to a Post Office an hour away NOT my local Post Office. I was given no option but to pick it up from there or wait 3-4 weeks for the points to be returned. Ombudsperson here I come..
