BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE, absolute l dodgy provider avoid at all costs. I bought a fold4 17 months ago still within warranty and it has a know fault with the hinge damaging the screen. It gets assessed where they try to tell me it's out of warranty which is incorrect all samsung phones have 24 month warranty, then proceed to not listen and close the case without any outcome. They don't care and won't solve issues, they have a bunch of incompetent people employed for them on their investigation centre

They sell your number to scammers When visiting Australia I got a Telstra SIM card and number. I literally gave nobody my new number. However I received over 100 scam calls from numerous callers. I therefore suspect Telstra of selling active phone numbers from customers to scammers.

Unprofessional Unprofessional service When I tell them I am moving house means that I am leaving that residence and they should update my billing address including the address that requires internet connection. But no they did not update the billing address for me! And blaming me for not notifying them of change of billing address .

FRAUDULANT Cancelled my internet and was 4 day into the month so apparently I was charged a full months fee. Was told that I wouldn't owe anything on phone, but still want to me to pay for it. And because I didn't pay it, due to not realising that they were asking for payment for this particular service, they added another $15 for late payment. And now I'm receiving reminders text messages telling me a late payment fee is now applied.......grrrrr Disgusted...... that I ended up paying for a service that I never used (being a full months service) that I ended up paying just to get them off my back, $122.42......in this money grabbing world. Since when do we as Australians pay for something that we never receive. This is FRAUD !!!!! NOT HAPPY TELSTRA !!!!

Poor service and no staff Here in Coffs Harbour cannot even have a look why my iPad SIM card is not working on my contract. Not enough staff, new contract system are the excuses. Optus, Vodafone etc are more than willing to help with enough staff Did I make a mistake to move over to Telstra?
