GBAfter three months I have not hear a… After three months I have not heard a single reply or confirmation of order sent. I reached out numerous times with my order number. No reply nor phone case. They took my money though!

GBBought a case weeks ago Edited: A month after I reported this case, I have been fully refunded. So I am editing my case to this: Mid February I bought a case from Jelly Cases, but unfortunately no tracking was shown on the account. Their customer care was polite, but took ages to respond to my follow up. After a lot of hassling on all their channels, 3 weeks later I was told my product was lost in shipping. I was refunded the whole amount 3 days ago.

AUThe worst customer experience I have… The worst customer experience I have ever had. I'd ordered from Jelly Cases last year and loved the cover. So I ordered again. 6wks later still no cover, they don't respond to emails nor to Facebook messages. Finally someone replied and told me shipping had lost my order and they'd process a new one. Then again zero communication. So disappointing as I did like my first cover and didn't have an issue then. My advice? Don't order.

MXI did not receive my order wrote them… I did not receive my order wrote them sent order number they have no responded 6 weeks now. Same thing happened to my daughter.

CATotal scam Would put 0 if I could. Not only did I never receive the case I ordered, but also left multiple emails and calls and they never got back! Stay away if you can!
