BIGGEST SCAMMERS!!! If I could rate this bs store a negative I would. I have yet to know if they even will ship my stuff out or not and it has been a month. No one responds EVER to emails or anything and now they've just taken my money!!!

DO NOT USE (110153) ordered weeks ago with no sign of anything. for a small order, nothing has be processed. i’ve requested a refund and order cancellation. wish i had looked at these reviews earlier…no products are getting shipped, and they are still taking our money!! give me my refund please!!

The worst customer experience I have… The worst customer experience I have ever had. I'd ordered from Jelly Cases last year and loved the cover. So I ordered again. 6wks later still no cover, they don't respond to emails nor to Facebook messages. Finally someone replied and told me shipping had lost my order and they'd process a new one. Then again zero communication. So disappointing as I did like my first cover and didn't have an issue then. My advice? Don't order.

Ordered months ago Ordered months ago, no update, no product. My son saved his own money to purchase and it's nothing but a complete joke and waste of time. Good lesson for him but so frustrating.

I did not receive my order wrote them… I did not receive my order wrote them sent order number they have no responded 6 weeks now. Same thing happened to my daughter.
