waste of money razer bought a headset and they will not charge and trying to get hold of someone to find out why is a joke spend all the money on something so good truns out to be so bad better buying something cheep at least you can talk to someone about what is wrong dont buy nothing from them as when it stops working there is no help

AI driven drivel My Blackwidow keyboard arrived with cosmetic damage. I was upset and asked for replacement keycaps and wrist rest. What ensued was a kafkaesque nightmare- one minute promised a full replacement, the next asked to destroy a fully functional keyboard, the next told I could have replacement parts, and finally, told that wasn’t a device Razer offered. I’ve emailed the CEO and the feedback email address to no avail. They do not care about customers one jot. I’m tired of dealing with their AI nonsense and am pursuing legal action.

Unusable gaming mouse Their gaming mouse is almost unusable because of some sort of static build up fault which causes many single left clicks to be double and breaks a long hold before it's been released

do NOT buy their wireless headset do NOT buy their wireless headset. I must unplug & replug the dongle every restart, also the sound randomly turns off during use, which requires the same - unplug & replug the dongle.

Price up, quality down. Price goes up, quality goes down. Bought 2 Black Widow Wireless Chroma keyboards in 3.5 years, both went faulty after a short period. Keys became sticky, volume knob glitch, battery drained super fast. Alao had their wireless chaging mouse pad and mouse, and they went terrible experience of use. Things get much better when switching to using Logitech.
