Avoid this company because the customer service is a nightmare. I contacted Razer for a warranty claim on a headset where the mic did not work and the customer service has been terrible. I keep getting different responses from different representatives and none of them are directly responding to what I'm saying in my email replies. They keep sending automated responses and repeating themselves without acknowledging what I'm saying. They even asked me for my personal information and never followed up with me about why they needed it. They keep denying my claim unless I speak to the 3rd party seller which I have not been able to do since the seller uses Amazon support and doesn't offer a contact method besides Amazon. I provided screenshots showing proof of this and the representatives refuse to acknowledge it and keeps repeatedly telling me to contact the seller. I also requested to speak with a supervisor or manager and that request has been ignored.

Unusable gaming mouse Their gaming mouse is almost unusable because of some sort of static build up fault which causes many single left clicks to be double and breaks a long hold before it's been released

No help desk support I told the "helpdesk" that I had 2 buttons not working on my mouse. Instead of troubleshooting, they sent me email after email asking for things like the purchase date, the pdf of the sale, my computer specifications (?),.... And in the end they tell me that the seller is not authorised and that they WON'T help me. I won't be buying any more of their rubbish if this is how they treat customers.

They could improve They could improve by including an extra lead for the wireless headset sensor. having to use the same lead to charge on mains and then disconnect to attach to sensor is time consuming. when you spend over £100 on headset, you expect the extra. my last headset by another make was around £60 and included this.

Been trying to claim my 2 year warranty… Been trying to claim my 2 year warranty of my Deathadder V3 pro and it's so frustrating. Already sent the POP, all the things that you guys need to accept my warranty, EVERYTHING just to get answered by like 20 different people asking me for information that I already sent, they stopped answering for 4 days and I don't know what more I can do
