Horrible. After just a couple of years of use, the PC basically started self-destructing, and the apps on it are slowly stopping to work, one after one.

Alienware is the worst thing ever that… Alienware is the worst thing ever that you can buy. Overpriced and poorly designed and performs like TRASH NEVER BUY HERE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALSO SO BAD YOU HAVE TO PAY JUST TO TALK TO THEM PLEASE AVOID ALIENWARE

Not much to say Very helpful staff over at Dell/ Alienware, helped me with all my problems. Cancelling, reordering, questions etc. Shipping was on time and even earlier than expected. Everything was great :).

Buyers Remorse I have had numerous problems with the laptop since my purchase (2.5K). After one problem gets fixed, another issue pops up. (Computer contantly crashing, mouse pad not responsive, keyboard lights not turning off...the list goes on.) Their tech support seems to have very little knowledge and their go-to solution is to reinstall the operating system. I was told twice a manager would contact me and still no call. Their managers are not held accountable for helping customers. And even worse, I purchased the premium support package. Dell should find another vendor for tech support. I highly recommend buying a different brand.

Alilenware was great back before they… Alilenware was great back before they were bought by Dell. Now they are nowhere as easy to work with and it seems like their PCs are more cookie cutter instead of the awesome custom PCs I used to get from them. I would still use Alienware but they arent the best anymore.
