GBNot what was advertised. I was promised something that was more fully integrated than what I have actually experienced. First, there is NO WAY to integrate the calendar with another resulting in so many possibilities to miss things in personal or professional calendar. And when I asked about this, they sent me a guide to integrate my own code?! I am a nurse practitioner and this system isn't cheap. And I need a coder to get a basic function?? Second, you need a PhD to operate their template system (I have one-still unable to figure it out) and I have waited days to get someone to help. Customer service is slow and once your onboarding is done, its done. Don't expect anything extra. Some of it has potential. But some of it is absolutely not worth what I am spending.

GBStay away from this company - they will improperly take your money Stay away from this company. They play games and don’t fully provide the support needed to be successful. I originally signed up for auto pay and have tried for six months now to get them to stop taking the monthly payments out of my business checking account even though I’ve been issued no less than six support tickets to cancel our account and stop auto pay. Unfortunately nobody from the department who does that according to the Kareo support is ever available. Obviously they just want money, even if its not theirs to take. Terrible. They owe me 6 months worth of refunds and costs for cancellation of my business account to stop these fraudulent withdrawals.

GBMy scheduled call with Onboarding… My scheduled call with Onboarding 7Specialist Nataka Billingsley was very productive as I needed help navigating Kareo and figuring out my next step. Mr. Billingsley was extremely helpful. I don't think anyone could have done a better job. I will miss having him as my contact person given my onboarding period is now up.

GBTerrible experience and onboarding Do you notice that all the recent positive reviews seem to have a distinct 'flavor' about them. Wonderful experience, my onboarder, etc? Looks like someone is doing damage control at Kareo. Well I will tell you that my "onboarder" barely knew a think about their own software, much less why it constantly lock us out. What an absolute terrible experience. I just hope I can get our money back with also seems like an uphill battle especially since it's been a few months fighting with their garbage product.

GBThis company is a scam This company is a scam. Be careful when signing up. They have a contract if broken they’ll charge you $1119.00 to pay cancellation fees. I still didn’t get my patients charts. When downloading patient charts into my computer it’s not compatible and broke my laptop. I had to buy new laptop and now I’m in collection’s because I didn’t know they have cancelation fees. I’d find another company
