GBKareo is designed for small practices , not to merge your actual systems as advertised. Kareo is not a program designed for practices larger than 2,3 doctors. The process of importing data from our present EHR and Biling sofware has been a nigthmare, data team does not have a clue on how to finish a job they quoted in $6500 to import . Poor communication and after 90 days we are required to pay for a program we cannot use ! Nor recomended if you are importing more than one system.

GBHorrible company with deceptive sales… Horrible company with deceptive sales practices. Was told by the sales rep that we would get a free trial period. When attempting to cancel the account without even using the software or having it setup, accounting stated that there was a 12 month contract in place. NOTHING WAS SIGNED on our end stating that we agreed to this contract. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. You will regret your decision to utilize them. Find another company for your EMR use.

GBDO NOT RECOMMEND...The company has the worst customer… The company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced as a small business owner. They knowingly refused to refund an account that was asked to be closed over 60 days and even after calling the BBB the young lady called to follow up about the complaint and offered a blameless apology and NO REFUND since Dec. 2022

GBTerrible experience and onboarding Do you notice that all the recent positive reviews seem to have a distinct 'flavor' about them. Wonderful experience, my onboarder, etc? Looks like someone is doing damage control at Kareo. Well I will tell you that my "onboarder" barely knew a think about their own software, much less why it constantly lock us out. What an absolute terrible experience. I just hope I can get our money back with also seems like an uphill battle especially since it's been a few months fighting with their garbage product.
