Not what was advertised. I was promised something that was more fully integrated than what I have actually experienced. First, there is NO WAY to integrate the calendar with another resulting in so many possibilities to miss things in personal or professional calendar. And when I asked about this, they sent me a guide to integrate my own code?! I am a nurse practitioner and this system isn't cheap. And I need a coder to get a basic function?? Second, you need a PhD to operate their template system (I have one-still unable to figure it out) and I have waited days to get someone to help. Customer service is slow and once your onboarding is done, its done. Don't expect anything extra. Some of it has potential. But some of it is absolutely not worth what I am spending.

Stay away from this company - they will improperly take your money Stay away from this company. They play games and don’t fully provide the support needed to be successful. I originally signed up for auto pay and have tried for six months now to get them to stop taking the monthly payments out of my business checking account even though I’ve been issued no less than six support tickets to cancel our account and stop auto pay. Unfortunately nobody from the department who does that according to the Kareo support is ever available. Obviously they just want money, even if its not theirs to take. Terrible. They owe me 6 months worth of refunds and costs for cancellation of my business account to stop these fraudulent withdrawals.

DO NOT RECOMMEND...The company has the worst customer… The company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced as a small business owner. They knowingly refused to refund an account that was asked to be closed over 60 days and even after calling the BBB the young lady called to follow up about the complaint and offered a blameless apology and NO REFUND since Dec. 2022

Kareo/Tebra is the worst billing Service Kareo/Tebra is the worst billing software. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PROGRAM!!!! I have been trying for months to resolve getting EDI/ERA Medicare enrollments and I do not get anywhere. They refuse to let you speak to a Manager, Then when you do get through to someone they never call you back or resolve your problem. Fabiola is the worst customer service Rep. She does not resolve the issue it's going around in circles and circles and nothing is getting resolved. Then she refuses to call you back after you request a call back because she is always on a call. Excuses Excuses constantly. Still not resolved as of yet and this has been ongoing for several months. This company should be ashamed all they are interested in is billing you every month for service but they don't resolve your issues.

Jubilio on the loyalty team is the… Jubilio on the loyalty team is the WORST rep you all could have. You should listen to the records for training purposes how he speaks with clients, yells at them and over talks them! Customers always come first but Jubilio doesn’t care about professionalism and when you ask to speak with his supervisor he “no I will not transfer you” what kind of customer service is that?!
