Jonathon has been extremely helpful to… Jonathon has been extremely helpful to our organization. When we signed on to utilize Kareo through TotalABA, we were confused about some of Kareo's features. Through it all Jonathon has helped to clarify the system for us and get everything we need set up to bill our services effectively. We are so grateful for all of his knowledge and help!

I opened the ERA enrollment cases for… I opened the ERA enrollment cases for some insurances and there is no expert to work on those. Whenever you call to follow up, they asked to open the new case because old one is denied. Nobody even bothers to contact you to inform why its denied. There is no direct number to contact enrollment team. Please don't use their services. You will be frustrated all the time.

This company is a scam This company is a scam. Be careful when signing up. They have a contract if broken they’ll charge you $1119.00 to pay cancellation fees. I still didn’t get my patients charts. When downloading patient charts into my computer it’s not compatible and broke my laptop. I had to buy new laptop and now I’m in collection’s because I didn’t know they have cancelation fees. I’d find another company

This EMR is garbage! This EMR is garbage!! Customer Service is non existent. I have not been able to prescribe medications for over 2 months. Have spent hours, average wait time to speak to a human is 40 minutes, trying to resolve this issue without success. Never have received a call back from customer service or even an email despite numerous promises to get situation resolved. Run from this Junk!!! Not worth a penny. Would rather paper chart!

Impossible to find competent billing… Impossible to find competent billing service that uses this software, despite the recommendations from the company. Lost thousands of dollars with this software. Not possible to terminate service on-line, and when you phone them, they tell you it will terminate, but they don't.... and you end up in collections
