DONT SIGN UP ITS A TRAP Rude customer service, can’t answer question unless it’s in there script. They repeat the same unhelpful things over and over. When you ask for a supervisor there are not any or they straight up refuse. Once you finally get a supervisor they are just as unhelpful ( yes you Jessica) and when you ask for her supervisor best believe she will refuse. They are unhelpful and will steal your money from your account even after you cancel.

They took forever to even respond to my … They took forever to even respond to my on-line order. NEVER responded to many emails I sent them.. Just automated response with NO FOLLOW-up at all.. They didfn't order the phone service until I made many calls and sent many emails asking about what was going on.. The ONE and ONLY response I got they gave a generic "sorry you are unhappy".. Not a single word about their deplorable actions that made me unhappy.. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

I tried to have DSL extreme set up for …not a fan of this company I tried to have DSL extreme set up for a faster speed which they assured me was possible. After a week of multiple attempts by "inside" and "outside" techs, the service couldn't be done except at the slow speed, I had previously. To top it off they insisted on a cancellation fee to cancel. The techs lied and said I wanted the slower service- what? NOT true, it didn't work!

Good internet service option Once the service is installed and running, no problems. I'd prefer more payment options though. You have to pay upfront when you order service and it was about 2 weeks before it was physically installed, but there were no "hidden" or "extra" fees involved. The free installation was a big motivator to consider DSL Extreme. I agreed to 12 months of service--after that time the promotion ends and the monthly service fee will increase by about 30% so I will have to shop around when the time comes up.

Promised a service they couldn’t give … Promised a service they couldn’t give me in the long run.Then gave me a run around trying to fix the problem.wouldnt. Recommend them, better off going through at&t(same isp) if possible, but I would definitely avoid dsl extreme in the future
