GBHave had this a month now and am quite… Have had this a month now and am quite satisfied. I am in a 24 unit building with at least 30 tenants; each person having a cell phone and at least a tv or computer or both. I didn't get the strongest service and though everyone is using at least 1 device at all times, I have minimal problems. I am thinking of upgrading if the lockdown continues after this month.

GBBEWARE this greedy company BEWARE. I had been their customer for years, servicing a small number of dialup customers. They were great until June 2020 - we were being charged $0 because we had no dialup customers. Then, starting in June, they bumped their minimum charge to $250, even though I had NO CUSTOMERS. No notice, no communication, and 100% unwilling to compromise. It's on me that I didn't check my credit card statement for 6 months, but still -- completely unwilling to compromise or make this right. Again, billing went from $0 to $250 overnight with NO NOTICE. I won't do business with this greedy company in the future and caution anyone reading this review to think again.

GBService has been good Service has been good, except when I asked to bundle phone, it didn't happen. I had to call back to add it. Then phone service didn't work because the instructions that came with the adapter were wrong; that the service tech corrected for me. And I can't see an order history on their site, it gives me an error. I contacted customer service, got a Ticket [#7774573-2336#] October 27, but have heard nothing sense and still can not see the order.

GBDsl services is HORRIBLE DO NOT USE IT… Dsl services is HORRIBLE DO NOT USE IT YOUR INTERNET WILL ALWAYS GO OUT AND IT WILL TAKE DAY BEFORE THEY GET BACK WITH YOU AND THEN FEW MORE DAYS BEFORE IT COME BACK UP THEN THEY WILL TELL U THAT YOU CAN NOT GET OUT YOUR CONTRACT . RUN DO NOT USE AT ALL

GBTerrible service Terrible service. My internet goes out about once a week, and it takes 90 minutes to get someone on the phone. The person who comes on is useless except to waste more of my time turning things on and off. Then they say someone else who actually can fix the problem will call back in 24 hours. They actually call back about a week later (when I'm not home, of course), but somehow they manage to get their service turned back on in the meantime (until it goes out again). Also, they have a terrible email service that quarantines my outgoing messages from time to time for no reason they can explain. I will be switching providers when my contract expires in February.
