GBThey lost our IP address They lost our IP address, I don't fully understand how you can lose the rights to an IP address but they did. So we were paying for internet that they weren't even providing and since it was for a back up on a security system it took a year to find out. When we demanded they cancelled they didn't and continued to charge us when we finally caught it they refused to refund us on the months of charges they charged us AFTER cancelling a serves they haven't provided in over a YEAR.

GBit sounded like a great plan/deal last… it sounded like a great plan/deal last year. However, in the true AT&T tradition, with no notice, the bill increased by $23 after contract ended. For the past 8 months, i have had to endure one device wifi, 20-45 minutes of buffering and at times NEVER connecting. At times, i thought it was dial up! not worth it unless you live in CALIFORNIA apparently! And customer service was okay at best. Cancelling the service as i type this review!

GBDslextreme is worth it We're glad that our first internet service provider was DSLExtreme. We never had cable internet and weren't able to find a company that provided truly unlimited internet without data caps with fair prices. DSLextreme were committed to bringing us internet and sent a tech out to install our modem. Since then we've had great connection with no hiccups.

GBBEWARE this greedy company BEWARE. I had been their customer for years, servicing a small number of dialup customers. They were great until June 2020 - we were being charged $0 because we had no dialup customers. Then, starting in June, they bumped their minimum charge to $250, even though I had NO CUSTOMERS. No notice, no communication, and 100% unwilling to compromise. It's on me that I didn't check my credit card statement for 6 months, but still -- completely unwilling to compromise or make this right. Again, billing went from $0 to $250 overnight with NO NOTICE. I won't do business with this greedy company in the future and caution anyone reading this review to think again.
