GBFrustrating Taking many days to get the Internet hooked up. Dish guy has seemed pushy to have me leave a key so he can get into the house while I'm not there. I think he forgot the last appt to get theb internet up and running on purpose to try to have me leave a key somewhere so he could again get in without me being there. Internet is supposed to be done tomorrow after a week and a half after the television was hooked up.

GBCompany Scam people with bondle package Do not get this services, customer services are not appropriated training to tell you the true about their services. I got Dish only for 8 days. I was not happy with the services call customer for cancellation, now they are charging me $400.+ for each services internet and $400. for cable for cancellation fees. I do not may pay cancellation fees but to pay $921. for cancel that is ridiculous. We should go to court to stop the Dish Scam with customers.

GBTruly straigforward attention We do liking the programming overall and all equipment working perfect we are been enjoying many many channels here and all without interruption so far even under some cloudy weather as well, no problem at all. Thanks for your outstanding TV services. I'll recommend to anyone looking to have better TV without the excess of cost. We'll stay with DishTV service as long as possible. GBnot so good!!!! From the start, service installation was three hours late!!!! I took off work early to be available during time frame! I called customer service who seemed uncaring to my issue. I was promised a $20 credit on first month bill for my inconvenience which never happened. The satellite goes in and out and channel selection not so great! I'll be switching to ATT Uverse!!!

GBAggressive and Incompetent The sales people were determined to close the deal even though the leasing office at my apt complex said a dish could not be used on my side of the building. I tried to cancel my contract the week before but they assured me the office was misinformed. The installer (who was very pleasant and punctual) was able to see at first glance that there were too many trees to install. I wasted most of my day, had to start over with a competent provider, and am still waiting for my refund! No reason to use this company!
