GBInternet is so slow I don't understand why they would offer you a free Netflix account when the internet can not handle streaming the movies or shows. If there is a faster internet option then they should tell you to stream movies you need to have this amount of internet speed. This would help you make the decision on what internet speed you should have.

GBHorrible install Install in a brand new house with no drywall and an open basement looked horrible. The technician picked his own spot to drill through the side of the brand new siding without any approval. They are returning to completely redo the installation and fix all the mistakes. Hopefully round two goes better......stay tuned.

GBOrientation of use was poor. Instructions for use poor. There is so much you offer, an orientation of the installer of 10-minutes didn't assist us at all. My wife is hearing impaired, closed captions will not come up on one of the tree TV sets we have. We're not please at all with the leave behind instructions.

GBNEW CUSTOMER To obtain service I paid twice as much even after my credit was approve and ok'd for a $20 deposit which turned into approx. $183. The new customer process involved multiple calls back and forth between your rep and I. It was a huge hassle . You rep promised me $100 Visa card (Yet to see that in the mail) THERE are CHANNELS I should have but to irritated to call DISH service dept to find out why! GOOD NOTE: Your installation Guy was KNOWLEDGABLE and AWESOME.
