NEW CUSTOMER To obtain service I paid twice as much even after my credit was approve and ok'd for a $20 deposit which turned into approx. $183. The new customer process involved multiple calls back and forth between your rep and I. It was a huge hassle . You rep promised me $100 Visa card (Yet to see that in the mail) THERE are CHANNELS I should have but to irritated to call DISH service dept to find out why! GOOD NOTE: Your installation Guy was KNOWLEDGABLE and AWESOME.

Horrible! We have never had worse service ever. Dish network should be ashamed by sending out an unqualified service technician that spent 3 hours and left a complete unfinished mess. Holes drilled half way through walls, tools left in the yard, no service. Yet dish was informed we had activated service. Horrible horrible dealings trying to get people to understand we had no service yet you had our money! Finally a technician came to our home and spent over 4 hours repairing and installation of the dish. We will never use your service again, nor recommend you. Shame on dish network

Terrible I'm giving one star because they do exist. All false promises when I signed up and was billed to excess while it didn't even work.. Resolution was a Fifty dollar credit but was unable to unlike service and return equipment without excessive fees ... In a two year contract now of misery... I'm sure at two years their will be more fees!! Don't let them put the dish on your house. I truly hate it regret it.....

Dish Installer Had install schedule on 10/17/15 between 12 and 5 PM and had NO Dish Network installer showed up or did anyone from Dish Network call and say installer would not be there on that date as promised. I drove 2 hours that morning to be at our lake house to meet dish to have my service install. Today 10/21/15 still have not herd from Dish Network on what happened. I am think hard if I still want there service after what happened.
