GBHorrible! We have never had worse service ever. Dish network should be ashamed by sending out an unqualified service technician that spent 3 hours and left a complete unfinished mess. Holes drilled half way through walls, tools left in the yard, no service. Yet dish was informed we had activated service. Horrible horrible dealings trying to get people to understand we had no service yet you had our money! Finally a technician came to our home and spent over 4 hours repairing and installation of the dish. We will never use your service again, nor recommend you. Shame on dish network

GBTerrible I'm giving one star because they do exist. All false promises when I signed up and was billed to excess while it didn't even work.. Resolution was a Fifty dollar credit but was unable to unlike service and return equipment without excessive fees ... In a two year contract now of misery... I'm sure at two years their will be more fees!! Don't let them put the dish on your house. I truly hate it regret it.....

GBAggressive and Incompetent The sales people were determined to close the deal even though the leasing office at my apt complex said a dish could not be used on my side of the building. I tried to cancel my contract the week before but they assured me the office was misinformed. The installer (who was very pleasant and punctual) was able to see at first glance that there were too many trees to install. I wasted most of my day, had to start over with a competent provider, and am still waiting for my refund! No reason to use this company!

GBRainy start My TV has gone out 3 times, for various lengths, during my first 2 weeks as a Dish customer. 2 of those times were during heavy rainstorms. I hope service improves. I do fully enjoy the functionality the Hopper brings. Picture quality is as good as any other HD programming I've seen.

GBnot so good!!!! From the start, service installation was three hours late!!!! I took off work early to be available during time frame! I called customer service who seemed uncaring to my issue. I was promised a $20 credit on first month bill for my inconvenience which never happened. The satellite goes in and out and channel selection not so great! I'll be switching to ATT Uverse!!!
