GBCustomer service used to be good Ting originally was a Canadian based, smaller mobile company. They valued customers and customer service above all. 5 stars at that point, 100% recommended then. They got bought by Dish and are now just as terrible as all the other big brands. Price is still great but customer service is nothing.

GBTing sucks Two ting employees were in front of my house, I don’t know what they were doing. Their truck was blocking our driveway. Then they took off their rubber gloves and threw them in our yard. They are rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t get ting if you paid me a million dollars.

GBGREAT Company and GREAT customer service Ting has been amazing to deal with and be a customer of if I need assistance. We are diligent at our usage but Ting meets our needs with our 4 phones and our monthly is VERY reasonably priced. I love that Ting can save me money in these challenging times and would recommend them to everyone as long as T-Mobile/Sprint service is good in your area.

GBThey send people on foot to your door… They send people on foot to your door that summarily IGNORE signage such as "NO TRESPASSING" (breaking the law) to hang their door hanger adverts on your door. I am always amazed that sales training folks feel this is a "smart approach" and that it will generate good feelings for their brand and somehow make the homeowners want to buy their Widgets/Products/Services. I'd say ... No. IRRITATING someone you'd like to convert is a bad foot to start out on.

GBI recently updated to the Flex plan on a Samsung Galaxy Note 9. I recently updated to a different phone, a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and upgraded to the Flex Plan. Ting provided me extraordinary customer service and walked me through the process in converting from two phones with two lines to one phone with a new service plan. Ting is, without a doubt, one of the best mobile phone services while providing the best value in their phone plans.
