GBAVOID Appalling! I'm not even sure this is a genuine website. Purchased a laptop and obviously authorised our payment with our online banking. However, we then received an email and attached letter, full of spelling mistakes and grammatical errors, asking for us to sign a disclaimer that Asus would forfeit any responsibility should the laptop not be delivered. They had also requested photo ID and either a copy of the credit card used or a utility bill to "confirm identity". Customer services were rude and would only say this is "standard procedure". AVOID AT ALL COSTS

GBTwo weeks and still waiting for refund to be processed 2 weeks after refusing delivery an the laptop being returned to your centre on the 25th March STILL NO REFUND! This is even after privity proof that the item was returned to their warehouse. Disgraceful behaviour from the company. Beware you are not buying from Asus but Five Tech who are the distributor in the UK. Call centre in Bulgaria cannot communicate directly by phone to UK warehouse... only by email.

GBFaulty product with a high price I purchased a £1700 laptop in December 2021. The computer has just failed, problem with graphic or motherboard when checked at local repair shop, they have informed it is beyond economical repair. Now checking I find it is out of warranty but have come find out this is a common fault with this product. If I send it to their repair shop they will wipe the data, which again is not useful. Seriously disappointed after investing in a high end laptop that if having gone with another manufacturer would have not had this fault. I won’t be buying their products again, avoid.

GBStay away from Asus store! Horrible service Stay away from Asus store at all costs. I made the mistake of making a purchase here just because it was £20 cheaper than Amazon. I received no updates for a while. Not on my account, not in emails. Then the "processing" indication turned to "completed" after I get an SMS from DPD saying they couldn't deliver. With no option to make any changes, I called the store. Horrible customer service! I got a reply saying it is not their responsibility that the order couldn't be delivered! After two weeks of back and forth I couldn't get anywhere with them. So I made a complaint to PayPal and got a refund thanks to their flawless service.
