GBStay away from Asus store! Horrible service Stay away from Asus store at all costs. I made the mistake of making a purchase here just because it was £20 cheaper than Amazon. I received no updates for a while. Not on my account, not in emails. Then the "processing" indication turned to "completed" after I get an SMS from DPD saying they couldn't deliver. With no option to make any changes, I called the store. Horrible customer service! I got a reply saying it is not their responsibility that the order couldn't be delivered! After two weeks of back and forth I couldn't get anywhere with them. So I made a complaint to PayPal and got a refund thanks to their flawless service.

GBASUS TUF 1000W-G PSU: Future-Proof Your PC Build I recently purchased the TUF 1000W-G PSU from ASUS Store UK and was delighted to discover that delivery was free. This was a great perk, as it saved me money. The power supply itself is ATX3.0 certified and provides future-proofing for the latest GPU and MOBO. Even with power-hungry components, there's still plenty of wattage to spare. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and the excellent service provided by ASUS Store UK.

GBSelling out of Stock Inventory! FiveTech Ltd, the company behind the ASUS brand in the UK, demonstrated their incompetence yet again by cancelling not one, but two of my orders within a single week. Their excuse? Claiming oversold items and a complete lack of inventory. It's astounding how a supposedly large company can operate with such chaos, coupled with abysmal customer service and a profound ignorance about their own products. To add insult to injury, I was left waiting for several days for a refund via PayPal, with no compensation offered for the inconvenience caused. It's nothing short of a frustrating experience dealing with them, as they seem to have no qualms about brushing off their customers' concerns.

GB10/10 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I brought ASUS Zenbook when it was in SALE. I used discount code as advertised in website. When I received a confirmation of purchase email. I was shocked to see an invoice from LaptopOutlet. I was a bit worried when looking into negative reviews. OFCOURSE!! Your mind captures most of the negative than positive. But to be honest there were more positive review than negative. So I waited patiently, then my product arrived. Opened the box, brand new. No problem what so ever. Happy with the service and quick delivery. Will definitely purchase in the near Future.

GBAnother tale of very, very poor service Our laptop screen failed suddenly after 9 months and, based on remote examination by photo, they said that it was 99.9% certain that it was damaged by us. They were even able to diagnose that it had been caused by the lid being closed on a pen that had been accidentally left on the keyboard!! It's an absolute load of nonsense, of course, and is a shoddy attempt by Asus to avoid their responsibilities to address the obvious hardware fault that has occurred. We won't be buying Asus again and would advise others to learn from our mistake!
