COI have been using Vonage for about 20… I have been using Vonage for about 20 years, maybe a little less. As long as I have an internet connection it functions very well. Recently I had a problem, contacted Vonage and the problem was solved immediately. I believe that it was the first time I had to contact Vonage in all of this time. It's a bit expensive but when you consider what it does, it's a bargain.

GBAfter almost 2 decades I called to… After almost 2 decades I called to cancel my service, on 12/22/2022. My annual payment was made the first week of December, automatically. After talking to the rep in India, I was told my refund would be credited back to my credit card in 5-7 business days. I never received it. Called yesterday, 01/04/2023 and was told that she’ll process the refund and it will take 5-7 business days. I will now contact the credit card company and dispute the charge. I also requested a transfer to customer service in the US, and she said there wasn’t one. Will be filing a formal complaint with the FCC, also.

GBvonage is GARBAGE I got this VOIP service because they were supposed to have the best customer service. I got my equipment and there was an issue with it having to be hardwired and not having wifi so I called customer service. They couldn't help me with the issue so I asked to be transferred to cancel my account. They then proceeded to hang up on me 4 times. They finally got my account canceled but they were either purposely disconnecting me or vonage drops a whole lot of calls.

CASuperior Features and Services Vonage services and features allow you to fully manage your home telephone. The ability to prevent non-identified callers is a real plus. Although not prevented from robo callers, the fact your telephone number is unpublished helps to eliminate most annoying cold calls. I use the APP extension to block any callers who do get through and I wish to block. While in France, 3 years ago I was able to make calls to Canada at no additional charges. The features are far superior to alternatives.

GBSince ATT disconnected my traditional… Since ATT disconnected my traditional landline without my authorization and entered me into the VOIP phase which is suppose to be the new era for the city of Detroit, I have been disgusted in the performance, and the reliability, and the comfort I should have with feeling safe that my phone has a dial tone no matter what the weather looks like. Once I found out ATT had made the switch without my knowledge I hit the roof , made several complaints and they never came back out to replace my traditional line. VOIP phone in my opinion are NOT safe in anyone's home, if your power source is gone you have no way of reaching out for help. I have been for the last 2 years been writing to the Attorney General, BBB, our State Rep., to please let us take a vote on the Traditional landline vs VOIP and to not just let the switch take place. VOIP is not safe or reliable for our seniors, our children, for me, for NO ONE. You never know when you're gonna pick your phone up or it's just not ringing because it doesn't have a connection ?
