Nomorobo installed, spam feature activated, can't leave ringer on. 50 numbers can be blocked, thats 4 days worth. The number list has to be manually cleared to block more. It is in numerical order instead of order of called. This means you may unblock this mornings numbers to block more. This only 50 number list in numerical order may just be the reason I cancel this companies service. PLEASE FIX THE SPAM ISSUE!

A Smart Phone Solution! Signing up with Vonage was one of the smartest things I have ever done! After dealing with T---- phone company for many years (frustrating and expensive) I now have a house phone that I can afford and that is very reliable. I can make calls anywhere in North America, all for one low monthly price.

Stay away from this unprofessional company An absolute disgrace of a company. No way for you to talk to anyone with authority no matter how many times you call / email / chat. They say their porting department is "offline". All you can talk to is reps in India who can't do anything except apologize and "open tickets" that stay open forever and don't go anywhere. They have wasted my time for 23 days trying to do a simple number porting from Verizon. Super frustrating. Don't waste your time with Vonage please.

I have been using Vonage for about 20… I have been using Vonage for about 20 years, maybe a little less. As long as I have an internet connection it functions very well. Recently I had a problem, contacted Vonage and the problem was solved immediately. I believe that it was the first time I had to contact Vonage in all of this time. It's a bit expensive but when you consider what it does, it's a bargain.

Superior Features and Services Vonage services and features allow you to fully manage your home telephone. The ability to prevent non-identified callers is a real plus. Although not prevented from robo callers, the fact your telephone number is unpublished helps to eliminate most annoying cold calls. I use the APP extension to block any callers who do get through and I wish to block. While in France, 3 years ago I was able to make calls to Canada at no additional charges. The features are far superior to alternatives.
