GBGreat Cell Service however Pure talk service works well however some of their CS reps are not trained very well..My husband and myself got new phones recently..Same phone and we both had problems with calls dropping so he called CS and they set the access point settings and all was good....I called 2 days later and did the same thing and it didn't work...So returned phone after trying 2 x..Called when new one arrived and they did the same thing several different times and still calls dropping! When you call you wait at least 30 min to get a rep so at this point I had at least 4 plus hrs devoted to this issue plus I had already ordered a 3rd phone and now have to return.NOT Acceptable!...Finally yesterday more than a week later got a rep who got it up and running with no calls dropped!I noticed that each rep had done the settings a little differently and its obvious they were wrong. One gal even emailed instructions how to do it myself and the name was different than what she had me enter!!.The person yesterday did them right and one problem for sure was when I put in mms in small letters it changed to capitol after I entered the comma all the other reps said it didn't matter ...Branden showed me how to correct that to stay small because IT DID MATTER..Very grateful for Branden for knowing just what to do.5 stars for Branden...3 these reps blowing it.

GBBig weather outage hassels Puretalk rep(s) were very patient with me, trying explain why I needed help correcting “something”. Short version of a long outage situation: Big snow (24”), big winds (40-60 mph) and total loss of electrical, including heat, water well, cell service. After walking me through the setting etc, etc. the tech focused on needing “reset” network. This weather situation has happened before but I was never able pin down where the problem was. The tech patiently walked me through the problem in a much faster way than any of my previous attempts. THANKS!!

GBPURE TALK - WORSE THAN AT&T!!! I switched from AT&T to Pure Talk almost 6 months ago. The first 5 months were fine, with no problems. But this last month has been nothing short of HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE. I can’t get YouTube videos to play. Most of the time even the thumbnails won’t load. My phone calls are constantly in and out. I have to ask multiple times “Can you repeat that? The service can’t even stream music, which requires much less bandwidth than video. Hell, I had to leave the grocery store, because my shopping list (Apple Reminders) wouldn’t load, and web pages wouldn’t load. So, I called Pure Talk last week (April 17th, 2024), and spent over 30 minutes with tech support for nothing. No change. They told me there was an outage from AT&T! What the hell does AT&T have to do with Pure Talk? Well, It’s their back-bone! I left AT&T because of their VALUES and was told Pure Talk Represents my values, but the reality is, my money is still going to AT&T. At the end of the call, I told the agent I wanted a refund for HORRIBLE SERVICE over the past 4 weeks. A week later, no one has called. I called them back, got switched to 3 different people, who all put me on PERMA-HOLD, and I got to listen to the same BORING recording singing the praises of Pure Talk, while I held for a SOLID HOUR. I finally hung up, with ZERO RESULTS! It literally felt like they were just going to keep my hold until I hung up. So I guess they win and I lose! Looking for the next place to take my money. Any suggestions?

GBTerrible company Terrible company. The phone keeps losing service connection. I have to power the phone down and restart to make a phone call. Tech support sounds like a bunch of McDonald food chain rejects

GBCustomer service is excellent Customer service is excellent. I bought a new phone. I had trouble figuring out how to configure my phone. I called Puretalk three times and each person was so patient with me trying to help with my setup. This was not a problem with Puretalk it was a end-user problem. They are fantastic, recommend Puretalk to everyone. Especially for non techies.
