Customer service is excellent Customer service is excellent. I bought a new phone. I had trouble figuring out how to configure my phone. I called Puretalk three times and each person was so patient with me trying to help with my setup. This was not a problem with Puretalk it was a end-user problem. They are fantastic, recommend Puretalk to everyone. Especially for non techies.

I also have been grateful for the service, including customer service provided. The price is a huge bonus, extremely competitive with others. Not only did this company ROBBED ME for… Not only did this company ROBBED ME for my money but played nothing but waiting and straight run around games with me every single time I would call customer service even spoke with manager and he even went on to assuring me I would receive my refund and never got it back i told them I would not pay for no service I did not use and as well as to close the account cause I didn’t want their service whatsoever and till this day it’s still not closed and still trying to charge me for their 💩 of a service!!!!! I wouldn’t recommend them without a doubt COMPANY ARE LIARS HAS 💩 WAYS OF MANAGING THINGS AND POOR CUSTOMERS SERVICE !!! BEWARE YOUR BETTER OF GOING WITH DIFFERENT SERVICE COMPANY !!!! Would give them 0 stars if I could!!!!!

Perfect English and Coverage! I have had to call a few times due to activating 2 phones and purchasing a new iPhone and activating that as well. I appreciate that everyone is based in America and speak perfect English. I have had no problem with connectivity nor coverage. I live in rural Alabama and the coverage is exactly the same as ATT which I had since the cellphone was first invented.

This is the best phone service! This is the best phone service I’ve ever had and I’ve tried several. They use all the major cell towers so I actually have the best reception. For the first time I can actually use my phone in my room, I used to only get reception in my laundry room where I have a cell booster. Plus, the customer service is outstanding. I have never had an issue with PureTalk since I switched over a year ago.
