GBI have been with pure talk for several… I have been with pure talk for several years now, never had any issues. Never had any complaints with the customer service people. They've always helped me out and they've always been great.

GBI switched to PureTalk and I'm not Leaving I switched to PureTalk about four years ago and I have had zero complaints about them. The prices are very competitive and my bill hasn't increased since. The most refreshing experience is customer service; I haven't had a single negative experience with them. I can't say the same about when I had other services. For instance, I recently added my wife to my plan and got new phones so I had to call customer service to help with the porting and phone setup. I spoke with Mikeshia who was very patient, friendly and skilled. She was very informative didn't sound like she was just reading a script but actually new her stuff and she made sure that everything was working well before she disconnected. Only downside of PureTalk is the international service if you ever travel; however, everything else outweighs this small drawback.

GBAfter a few months of Pure Talk I can… After a few months of Pure Talk I can say the service is working well. In fact I can say I don't notice any difference in performance compared to my previous account at Verizon--telephone calls, texting and internet access all work as before. In addition, I like Pure Talk's easily navigable website, especially when it comes to tracking my daily data usage. I try to limit myself to 15GB of monthly data to earn the low $35/month rate. By monitoring my usage I can see if I need to apply the brakes toward the end of the billing period or not. It's kind of a game.

GBBig weather outage hassels Puretalk rep(s) were very patient with me, trying explain why I needed help correcting “something”. Short version of a long outage situation: Big snow (24”), big winds (40-60 mph) and total loss of electrical, including heat, water well, cell service. After walking me through the setting etc, etc. the tech focused on needing “reset” network. This weather situation has happened before but I was never able pin down where the problem was. The tech patiently walked me through the problem in a much faster way than any of my previous attempts. THANKS!!
